GDPR — Your Rights

At DentalTours we respect your rights regarding personal data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). This page explains what rights you have and how to exercise them. For details about what data we process, see our Privacy Policy.

Your rights

• Right of access — you can find out whether we process data about you and receive a copy of it.
• Right to rectification — you can request the correction of inaccurate data or the completion of incomplete data.
• Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) — you can request the deletion of your data, under the conditions provided by law.
• Right to restriction of processing — you can request that processing be limited in certain situations.
• Right to object — you can object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Right to data portability — you can receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
• Right to withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

How to submit a request

Send us a request at contact@dentaltours.ro, stating the right you wish to exercise. We may ask you to confirm your identity in order to protect your data. We usually reply within 30 days.

Complaint to the authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro, 28-30 G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru Blvd., Bucharest.
